christmas time, nje recet easyyyyyyyy ^_^

hellooo lexusa te dashur :) urroj t'ja keni kaluar sa me mire diten e krishtlindjeve, babagjyshi kaloi andej nga ju????? u tregua sh zemer gjere kete vit????????

urrimet  e mia me te sinqerta per te githe ju qe lexoni kete blog.


po vendos sot nje recet e mar nga archivi, pasi keto dit festash kam qene sh e angazhuar me gjera te tipit jo te guzhines e kam patur shume pak kohe per te guzhinuar.


per kete recet ju nevojiten

  • 1 kg brinj deri (pastrohini mire nga dhjamrat e  tepert)
  • 500 gram kepulla
  • 2 hurdhera
  • kripe e erza te tjera sipas deshires.
  • pak fare vere te kuqe




vendosni ne furre brinjet e derrit pasi ato te jen pjekur pake, shtoini kepullat e pastruara e te prera holle holle, grini ne rende hurdherat e ja shtoni persiper bashke me te gjitha erzat qe deshironi, lerni ne furre per 30 minuta e shumta, kur shikoni qe mishi eshte skuqur mire shtojini pak fare ver te kuqe, lereni qe kjo te avulloj, e tava eshte gati.

kalorit jan me shumic por eshte goxha e shijshme, nje menyre tjeter per te gatuar brinjet e derrit.

  1. Buonoooo!!! Ke provuar ta gatuash si boeuf ala borgignone? Une vdes kur mishi behet pak ne leng te trashe.... hmmm che fame!
